The College of Archaeology Participates in the First Conference of the Editorial Boards of Iraqi Scientific Journals
The editorial board of the journal Archaeology of Athar Al rafiden participated in the First Conference of the Editorial Boards of Iraqi Scientific Journals, held at the University of Technology in Baghdad on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, under the theme: “Advancing Iraqi Journals to a Level of Excellence.”
The College of Archaeology was represented at the conference by Professor Yasmin Abdul Karim Muhammad Ali, Dean of the College of Archaeology and Chairman of the Journal’s Editorial Board, and Assistant Professor Dr. Moaz Habash Khader, from the Editorial Board. This participation reflects the college’s commitment to learning from national experiences and exchanging expertise in the field of developing scientific journals and keeping pace with international standards in academic publishing.
The conference aimed to discuss ways to advance Iraqi journals, enhance their role in disseminating knowledge, and expand their presence in global databases.
