Professor at the College of Archaeology Participates in a Ministerial Committee to Establish Postgraduate Studies

Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Muharib Ali, Head of the Department of Archaeology at the College of Archaeology, University of Mosul, participated in a ministerial committee from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Department of Research and Development. This participation was part of the follow-up on procedures for establishing postgraduate studies in archaeology at the College of Archaeology, University of Qadisiyah. The committee was received by the Dean of the College of Archaeology, Professor Dr. Rajwan Faisal Al-Mayali. The visit aimed to assess the college’s material and human resources and evaluate its readiness to establish a postgraduate program, particularly in the specialization of ancient Iraqi languages (cuneiform).
The visit included a field tour of the classrooms, scientific laboratories, and library, as well as an examination of the teaching staff and available academic specializations, to verify compliance with the conditions and standards adopted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
