The Council of College of Excellence for Archaeology and Tourism held its first meeting for the 2026–2027 academic year

The Council of College of Excellence for Archaeology and Tourism held its first meeting for the 2026–2027 academic year, chaired by Prof. Dr. Yasmin Abdul-Karim Muhammad Ali, Dean of the College and Chair of the Council, and attended by the Council members.
During the meeting, the Council discussed various topics related to preparations for the new academic year, the conduct of the educational process, the organization of academic and administrative affairs, student matters, and scientific and research plans, as well as the monitoring of quality and institutional development requirements.
The Dean emphasized the importance of collaborative effort among all college staff, adherence to university regulations and guidelines, and working with a unified team spirit to elevate the college’s scientific, academic, and administrative standards and achieve its goals for the new academic year.
The Council also deliberated on the items listed in the meeting agenda, adopting the necessary decisions and recommendations while stressing the importance of ensuring their implementation within the specified timeframes.
