**College of Basic Education Team Secures Third Place in the University of Mosul Olympic Swimming Championship**
In a new athletic achievement added to the record of success and excellence of the College of Basic Education / University of Mosul, the college’s Olympic swimming team secured third place in the University of Mosul Olympic Swimming Championship. This followed an outstanding performance that highlighted the students’ athletic capabilities, technical skills, and high competitive spirit, demonstrating their ability to deliver honorable performances across various university sports competitions.
This achievement comes as a result of the team members’ continuous efforts, dedication, discipline, and determination to reach advanced standings. It also reflects their thorough preparation and ongoing training under the leadership and supervision of team coach Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hisham, who played an active role in preparing, guiding, and motivating the team to achieve this distinguished level of performance.
On this occasion, the Deanship of the College of Basic Education extends its congratulations and appreciation to all team members and their coach, commending their efforts that culminated in this victory and wishing them continued success and higher placements in future championships.
