The College of Basic Education / Quality Assurance Division at the University of Mosul Holds a Training Course

“Instructions, Regulations, and Mechanism of Evaluation According to the Forms for the Academic Year 2025–2026” on performance evaluation mechanisms and how to complete the relevant forms.

Target Audience: Department liaisons with the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division, and heads of scientific committees across the college’s departments.

The course provided a detailed explanation of the instructions and regulations governing evaluation files, as well as the performance evaluation mechanism for staff members according to the covered categories. It also reviewed the approved forms, how to handle them, and the documentation of required data and information.

Additionally, the course addressed performance evaluation mechanisms for faculty members according to forms tailored to each case, alongside evaluation procedures for employees, professionals, and skilled workers. It covered how to organize and derive evaluation results using computer software, as well as forms for research and service centers and units, and the methodology for preparing and analyzing student feedback surveys.

Objectives:

• Unify performance evaluation procedures and mechanisms within the college and its departments.

• Enhance precision in applying approved forms and regulations.

• Promote transparency and objectivity throughout the evaluation process to support academic and administrative quality while driving continuous improvement.
