Conducting Tests for Prospective Students Applying to the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences

In an atmosphere filled with vitality and athletic competition, the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences conducted a series of comprehensive tests for prospective students applying to join the department for the academic year 2026–2027.

These tests were carried out according to precise scientific standards and covered two main areas to ensure students’ readiness for practical requirements:

  • Health (Medical) Tests: To ensure the overall wellbeing of applicants, verify the efficiency of vital organs, and confirm freedom from any injuries or physical limitations that might prevent safe participation in intensive sports activities.

  • Physical Fitness and Skill Tests: These included a set of assessments such as speed, strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility to evaluate the applicants’ physical capabilities and basic athletic skills, which form the cornerstone for success in this vital field.

These procedures aim to select and attract top-tier students capable of keeping pace with the practical and scientific curricula, laying the groundwork to prepare a new generation of distinguished athletic talents and leaders to serve the community across various sports and educational sectors.
