Within the results of the specialized scientific and educational training participations through active interaction with the electronic virtual world in Iraqi universities’ workshops, courses and seminars, Prof. Dr. Thaer Ghanem Malla Allou from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science at the College of Basic Education has obtained a certificate of participation from the University of Al-Mustansiriya and a certificate of attendance via the Internet and a participation of the Scout Association Saudi Arab .
