The College of Basic Education at the University of Mosul discussed a master’s thesis on “Language Mobility: A Study of its Use and Perception by English Language Teachers and Students as a Foreign Language at the University Level.” The discussion took place on Thursday, October 16, 2025, in the Umm Al-Rabi’in Hall at the college.
