With deep sorrow, painful grief we stand tall and proud Our feet firmly rooted in this hallowed ground.
Today, college members, academic staff and students with the presence of the Dean, Prof. Dr. Mrs. Dhuha Basheer Abdullah Albazaz, performed a funeral absent prayer to the souls of the martyrs of the Altayran square in beloved Baghdad who have fallen unjustly and insidiously in an accident that brings to mind the events of the bloody bombings. Blackened by our grief we share the deepest condolences to martyrs and their families, we know that the wound only pains its owner. So, we can only stand with sadness and silence, praying to Almighty Allah to have mercy on our martyrs and to give Patience to the hearts of their families … parents and children. And finally, we say the pledge of loyalty to Iraq remain… Deep-rooted loyalty and love … Peace, peace be upon the land of Iraq.
