Based on her constant concern, following the conditions of students and emphasizing the importance of face-to-face meetings and their role in overcoming problems and obstacles. On Monday, 25-1-2021, The Dean of the college, Prof. Dr. Mrs. DhuhaBasheer Abdullah Albazaz, met the students representatives of our college scientific departments.During the meeting, the Dean welcomed the students and wished them success in their academic year, stressing the importance of direct communication with them. The meeting discussed blending learning and finding quick solutions. Also discussed the type of e-learning adopted in the college and specifically the Admodo platform, with a discussion of the final exams and the clarification of the mechanism of conducting them. This meeting was a part of the regular meetings that the Dean is keen to hold with students for the purpose of listening to their problems directly.After this meeting, The Dean Directed the following:

1. 1. The need to communicate with students through online platforms and answer their notes and queries first and foremost.
2. 2. Giving lectures simultaneously (Live) as instructed by the ministry, with the registration of the meeting and make it available to students for reference at any time.
3. 3. The period of registration of students shall be throughout the lecture period, taking into account the technical problems of the Internet or electrical power problems that may occur.The Dean also appreciated the teaching staff for their efforts, whether in electronic lectures or practical laboratories and encouraged students to learn, attend lectures and communicate with teachers to facilitate the educational process, promising them to overcome all the difficulties they face.
