A scientific symposium at the College of Computer Science and Mathematics – University of Mosul
The College of Computer Science and Mathematics held the third scientific symposium tagged:
(The educational reality of mathematics in the secondary stages and its impact on the level of the university student)
On the discussion room in the Deanship of the College at nine o’clock in the morning of Monday 31/5-2021
The symposium aimed to try to change the students’ study methodology from the superficial method to the in-depth method, meaning that the student should move away from the method of memorization, repetition and intensive study (depending on the intensity of the curriculum) or because of the method he used in previous years, but rather relies on the method of his studies on the method of reflection and understanding and then Understand the philosophy of mathematical concepts and thus be able to apply them with greater skill and awareness than if he studied them superficially.
