Discussion of a master’s thesis in the College of Computer Science and Mathematics – Department of Mathematics Sciences entitled:”Stability Analysis and chaos diagnosisof discrete dynamical system with applications”In continuation of the scientific research movement and with the follow-up and presence of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and MathematicsProf. Dr. Duha Bashir Abdullah The esteemedIt was discussed in the discussion room at the Faculty of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Mosul on Monday 26-1-2023Master’s thesis by student Sabaa Abduljabar Mohammed Fathi, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. MaysoonMalallah Aziz. In this thesis three discreet time dynamical systems , the first system: is a two-dimensional discreet time dynamical system with self – excited and hidden attractions, the second system: is a three-dimensional discreet time dynamical system with self- excited and hidden attractions, the third system: is an application of cancer cells in dynamical systems with a discreet time three-dimensional system In time, the systems were analyzed and their fixed points were found, and it was found that the three systems are unstable systems.Then the chaos in the three systems was diagnosed, and we found that the systems have chaotic pathsThe chaos of the systems was treated using the adaptive control technique by creating ideal control units with an unknown parameter, and after control we obtained good results as the systems became stable and regular.The scientific committee included the following members :
