This thesis aims to give a generalization of the Schultz and modified Schultz distances, in the through of which the polynomial, the index and the average distance are generalized for each of them. In addition to finding modified Schultz and Schultz polynomials, their index and distance rate for them in relation to many special data, with giving relationships and properties between them and other polynomials.
