workshop entitled “A View of Human Mobility Using Network and Data Science”
Under the patronage of the Honorable President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, and under the supervision of the Honorable Mrs. Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, the respected Professor Dr. Doha Bashir Abdullah.
The College of Computer Science and Mathematics/Networks Department held a workshop entitled “A View of Human Mobility Using Network and Data Science” on 4/24/2024.
Workshop objectives:
• Provide a comprehensive overview: Exploring human mobility through the lens of network and data science.
• Clarifying concepts: The purpose of the workshop is to simplify the concepts of network and data science, and to clarify the common confusion between them.
• Review of applications: Explain the importance of these sciences and how they can be applied in multiple fields such as epidemiology, human relations, and finally human mobility.
