This thesis includes (Bais-reduced Maximum likelihood estimator for some mutiparameters statistical survival distributions  )

The study addressed Reducing the bias of the maximum potential estimator for the exponential alpha power distribution, the exponential smoothing distribution, and the generalized exponential Fregate-Weibull distribution, as two correction methods were used, namely the analytical correction method and the bootstrap method. The Monte Carlo simulation method was used to generate data that follows the three probability distributions depending on various factors such as the sample size, the values of the parameters of that distribution, and the number of bootstrap samples.

The study aims to review methods for reducing the bias of the maximum possible estimator, namely the analytical correction methods and the bootstrap method, and thus obtain unbiased or close to unbiased estimators for the parameters of probability distributions with two parameters and more than two parameters.
