, under the supervision of  Prof. Dr. Khalil Khader Abbo (Supervisor)

This thesis focuses on developing new algorithms derived from the conjugate gradient method. Theoretical evidence confirms that new algorithms have the potential to undo, and practical experiments have yielded positive results. Furthermore, the global convergence properties of the algorithms were examined based on Wolff’s hypotheses.

The practical part of the thesis is to use the presented techniques to remove noise from photographs the primary goal of this thesis is to demonstrate the feasibility of new conjugate gradient algorithms for image restoration. The thesis concludes with an analysis and interpretation of the newly obtained results.
