Holding a training course entitled “Crimes of administrative and financial corruption and the extent to which they are covered by general amnesty laws”
Under the patronage and supervision of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, Professor Dr. Doha Bashir Abdullah, and within the series of scientific activities of the college, the College of Computer Science and Mathematics held a training course entitled “Crimes of Administrative and Financial Corruption and the Extent of Their Coverage by the General Amnesty Laws”, which was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya on Sunday 23-2-2025 in the Cyber Space Hall. The course discussed the fact that criminal responsibility is the deterrent and the ideal fortress in confronting administrative violations in general and administrative corruption in particular.. If it were not for criminal responsibility and criminal penalties imposed by the criminal law, chaos would prevail in public administrative facilities and all aspects of life..
