Under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and under the supervision and follow-up of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, Professor Dr. Duha Bashir Abdullah Al-Bazzaz, the College of Computer Science and Mathematics held a scientific workshop entitled “Artificial Intelligence Techniques: Improvement & Analysis” on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. The workshop was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Ruba Talal Ibrahim. The workshop addressed traditional artificial intelligence techniques, focusing on improving and analyzing model performance and presenting the steps of model building from data collection to publication. It also explained methods for improving artificial intelligence techniques and performance evaluation methods for comparing models. The workshop aimed to introduce the basics of artificial intelligence, methods for training models and improving their performance, and explain transfer learning techniques, model integration, and analysis of results using evaluation and statistical tools.
