Master’s thesis for Rana Fathi Obaid under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Uday Hashem Saeed
The thesis dealt with the automation of the leave management system within the framework of electronic human resources management (E-HRM) with the aim of improving its efficiency at the University of Mosul. It focused on addressing the problems of traditional paper systems such as slowness, errors, and difficulty tracking information.
The study touched on digital transformation by replacing traditional paper systems with electronic systems based on reliable computing, with the aim of building a flexible and secure system with interactive and easy-to-use interfaces. This transformation contributes to simplifying routine procedures and accelerating their implementation, thus enhancing the quality and efficiency of administrative performance.
The study aims to improve administrative and organizational functions through a flexible digital system that reduces paperwork and tasks, unifies procedures within a centralized system, while ensuring the protection of information through strict control systems.
