Master’s thesis by Fatima Maan Adulatif

Discussion of the master’s thesis in the College of Computer Science and Mathematics -Department of Software entitled:
Classification of Skin Diseases in Children using Ensemble Learning
Master’s thesis by Fatima Maan Adulatif
supervised by Asst. Prof Aseel Waleed Ali
This thesis includes The classification of five types of skin diseases that are most prevalent among children : Chickenpox, Eczema, Impetigo, Urticaria, and Warts using ensemble learning models (, Adaboost , XGBoost, Random Forest and Stacking)
The study addressed To use of the Histogram of Oriented Gradients ( HOG ) technique to extract data , then classify the data using ( Adaboost , XGBoost, Random Forest) models. It also addressed deep ensemble learning represented by using the hybrid stacking model (RESLR) which combines the ResNet50 and Logistic Regression algorithms to classification data after processing and extracting its features using the ResNet50 algorithm.
The main objective of this thesis is to build an effective and accurate system to provide healthcare for children by using ensemble learning models, which helped monitor these diseases in their early stages with high accuracy, reducing the severity of the disease and its spread among children. It can also be an effective way to rationalize time, human resources, and financial resources.
The discussion committee consists of
