The College held a Continuing Education Course titled “Digital Image Processing using MATLAB Language.”
The course was part of the Continuing Education plan for the academic year 2025-2026 and was delivered by Farah Tariq on Sunday, September 21, 2025.
Course Objectives
The course aimed to utilize the MATLAB programming environment and its specialized tools in the field of Digital Image Processing. This involves analyzing and manipulating images for enhancement, information extraction, and performing advanced operations such as edge detection, segmentation, and noise reduction. MATLAB provides a rich environment that allows programmers to develop custom algorithms and apply advanced techniques in diverse fields like medicine, robotics, and photography.
