The thesis addressed the impact of educational policies implemented by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on the academic performance of students in Iraqi universities.
The study addressed the use of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis in building a three-level hierarchical model.
The study aims to propose a hierarchical regression model by analyzing the factors affecting student performance in some Iraqi academic institutions, which allows for studying the impact of overlapping factors between levels, to determine the relationship between these policies and educational outcomes at each level in order to contribute to improving the quality of education and raising the efficiency of educational institutions.
