The College of Computer Science and Mathematics Honors its Students Participating in the “Bridge of Mercy” Project

The Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Duha Bashir Abdullah Al-Bazzaz, honored the college’s students who participated in the “Bridge of Mercy” project, launched by the University of Mosul to serve the community in Nineveh Governorate. This recognition was in appreciation of their volunteer efforts and active participation in the project’s success.

The College of Computer Science and Mathematics contributed by providing a range of technical and field services to the residents of Batnaya village. These services included technical support, computer maintenance, event organization, and data entry assistance, reflecting the college’s commitment to utilizing its scientific disciplines to serve the local community and fostering a spirit of volunteerism among its students.

During the ceremony, the Dean emphasized the importance of student participation in community initiatives organized by the university, highlighting their role in honing students’ practical skills and strengthening their sense of social responsibility. She commended the students’ efforts and their contribution to embodying the university’s humanitarian and scientific mission.
