The College of Computer Science and Mathematics is organizing an awareness session on the rights and duties of college students.
On Monday, January 5, 2026, the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, through its University Psychological Counseling Unit, organized an awareness session entitled “Rights and Responsibilities of College Students.” The session, presented by Dr. Mohammed Qasim Yahya to first-year students in the Statistics and Informatics Department, was held in one of the halls of the department’s building.
The session addressed students’ rights as guaranteed by university regulations and instructions, as well as their duties and responsibilities. It emphasized the importance of adhering to these rights in service of the common good and in support of the University of Mosul’s academic progress.
This session is part of the college’s ongoing efforts to enhance students’ university awareness and instill values of belonging and responsibility, thereby contributing to the advancement of the university and solidifying its position as a distinguished academic institution.
