In the presence of the Chairman of the Department of Statistics and Informatics in our college, Dr. Osama Bashir Hanoun, and in the presence of the Director of the Department of Scientific Affairs at the Presidency of the University, Professor Dr. Zakaria Yahya Al-Jammal and all members of the Editorial Board of the Iraqi Journal of Statistical Science, a workshop was held by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs at the College of Veterinary Medicine in order to draw future lines for the journal’s entry into the international classifications by obtaining its impact factor, switching from paper work to electronic work, and dedicates its published papers to be written in English only.
