Discussion of a master’s thesis in the College of Computer Science and Mathematics – Department of Statistics and Informatics entitled (Using Neural Networks to Control Fuzzy Storage)
On Sunday, 6-3-2022, the College of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Mosul discussed the master’s thesis of the student Nour Sabah Ahmed and under the supervision of Dr. Zina Mudar Al-Bazzaz
The research dealt with using the probabilistic inventory models method to obtain the expected demand quantity for the coming year and comparing it with the actual demand quantity. And the data obtained from the main blood bank in Nineveh Governorate were entered into the fuzzy inference system, as the data (order quantity, damage quantity, number of donors and storage quantity) were fuzzy and then de-fuzzed and obtained results, and these results were entered into the neural network Return RNN).The original data was also entered into the neural network (RNN) and the results were compared for both methods. It was found through the use of the (mean square error) criterion that the use of the fuzzy inference system with the recursive neural network is better than the other method, and that the fuzzy inference system with the neural network results in a fuzzy system Adaptive nervous. And that the aim of the research is to predict the quantity of demand in advance to avoid the problems of shortages in storage. The discussion committee was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Jamal Salah El-Din Majid, and the membership of both Assistant Professor Dr. Muthanna Sobhi Suleiman and Assistant Professor Dr. Ibrahim Zghitoun Glob from Al-Isra University College / Department of Business Administration, under the supervision and membership of the teacher, Dr. Zina Mudar Yahya Al-Bazzaz.
