The department seeks to elevate the country to the ranks of developed nations by offering distinguished programs and producing qualified professionals in mathematics and its applications (pure and computational mathematics) across different academic degrees to meet societal developmental needs, enrich knowledge through education, research, authorship, and translation, and utilize technology effectively.
Objectives:
- Prepare a generation capable of serving society by providing specialists in pure and computational mathematics and improving education quality through advanced curricula that meet students’ needs and align with modern developments.
