College of Education for Pure Science

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and in the presence of the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Professor Dr. Jassim Fatehi Ali, the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Younis Saadi Saeed, and the Head of the Computer Science Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Hazim Al-Kawaz, the Department of Computer Science held its first social activity of the academic year 2025/2026 on Sunday, September 14, 2025, under the name: “Communication for Creativity.”
The event was held at the Babonnaj Restaurant in the Mosul Forest area. The program began with an opening speech by the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, followed by a group breakfast for the department’s members. Discussion sessions moderated by the Department Head addressed the continuing education course titles and the topics of the accompanying lectures. The activities also included other discussion sessions focusing on graduation projects for fourth-year students and research plans for developing the department’s teaching staff.

At the conclusion of the activity, the Head of the Computer Science Department presented the most important preparations and plans for the new academic year, wishing it a year filled with giving, success, and accomplishments.
