In a new academic achievement added to the record of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Assistant Professor Dr. Yasser Hussein Mohammed, a faculty member in the Physics Department, has published a joint scientific paper in the field of low-dimensional nanomaterials in the international journal “Journal of Materials Science: Materials in Electronics,” published by the global publishing house Springer Nature.

The journal is considered one of the most prestigious scientific outlets in its field, boasting an impact factor of 2.8 and a CiteScore of 5.1. It is ranked in the second quartile (Q2) and indexed in the international databases Scopus and Clarivate Analytics.
