Under the generous patronage of the Dean of the College of Humanities Prof. Dr. Hazem Thanoun Ismail Al Sabawiwith the joint cooperation of the professors, staff and students of the college, the Social Committee in the college paid a visit on the morning of Thursday, April 14, 2022, to the Home of Elderly Care in Mosul to get acquainted to the situation and condition of the elderly people; their needs were met and their hearts were full of delight . The visit aims to achieve communication and ties with the elderly people and alleviate their suffering to encourage sonsto honor their parents, be kind to them, and take care of them..Honoring one’s parents increases lifespan and gives blessings in sustenance, so how about one who throws his parents into the home for the elderly care or ‘the home of disobedience to parents’, it is a home that bears all kinds of grief and groans, a home that hearts bleed and eyes shed themselves instead of tears.The beauty of life is achieved through kindness to parents
