On 8/11/2022, part of which was attended by Prof. Dr. Hazem Thanoun Ismail Al-Sabawi, Dean of the College and a number of faculty teachers.
The thesis submitted by the student (Yousef Sobhan Bunyan Al-Jubouri) was addressed in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences.Determining the relationship between self-disclosure and openness to experience among middle school teachers in the center of Kirkuk Governorate, as the basic research sample consisted of (650) teachers and schools selected by the random sample of equal class schools in the center of Kirkuk Governorate for the academic year (2021-2022) The researcher built a measure of self-disclosure and adopted a scale (Al-Khazali, 2019) to study openness to experience.
The thesis aims to identify the level of self-disclosure and openness to experience, to know the differences in the level of self-disclosure and openness to experience depending on the variables of gender (male, female), the branch of study (scientific, human) and experience (less than ten years, more than ten years) and knowledge of the relationship between self-disclosure and openness to experience.Chaired the Discussion Committee:-
