The future of human resource jobs in the light of artificial intelligence techniques
Under the consultation of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi.
And under the direct interest of the Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, Prof. Dr. Hazim Dhannoon Ismail Al-Sabawi, the College of Education for Humanities held a scientific workshop under the slogan (Artificial Intelligence for the Service of Humanity) which coincide with the approaching launch as recruitment form of the top students and higher degrees.
This scientific workshop entitled
(The future of human resource jobs in the light of artificial intelligence techniques).It was presented by the Lect. Asmaa Khaled Gerges Al-Taie; a Lecturer in the Geography Department, on Tuesday, for the period 26-27 December 2022. Part of it was attended by the Dean of the College of Education for Humanities Prof. Dr. Hazim Dhannon Ismail Al-Sabawi, the Head of the Geography Department, Prof. Dr. Suhaib Hasan Khader, and a number of college teachers , staff and third-year students. t The workshop touched on the concept of artificial intelligence (AI) in terms of speed and high efficiency in business performance, and helps to make better decisions and provides a higher level of automation and the ability to develop and grow, and creates a large number of jobs that humans have not practiced before, all of which are related to application development Technology, programming, computer science and digital security at the current level. As for the future level, people will not stop finding alternative and renewable jobs.The workshop included three main axes in which it reflected the achievement of the goals that must be achieved.* The first axis
Introducing artificial intelligence, its types, characteristics of its functions, objectives, and importance. Recently, many institutions have implemented innovative techniques and tools in the field of human resource management.* The second axis
Addressing the infiltration of artificial intelligence into human resources management with a major revolution in it, and artificial intelligence provided institutions with sources of collection and analysis of data that the organization possesses through the human resources department, so that institutions can analyze functional behavior and means of production . And artificial intelligence systems that interact with employees, read their behavior, and create algorithms that are commensurate with it. It is considered a revolutionary process in the communication sector in general. It provides well-thought-out solutions and systems that result from analyzing databases from a scientific and logical side because of the data and information it possesses about electing the right person in the place and taking positions far away from the randomness of choice.Third axis
The future of human resource jobs in the light of artificial intelligence applications is based on:Recruitment and selection

3- Development and education
4- Performance assesment.These changes will require a shift in the organization of human resource functions.1- Accompanying the increasing centralization that human resource management is expected to enjoy within the structure of organizations in reality with the integration of technology supported by artificial intelligence.

Human Resources HR and managers will need to make decisions about how they will engage with the AI tools of the future.3- Directing employees to interact with artificial intelligence applications, and how the subsequent changes may be at the level of human resources management practice and at the level of government institutions (e-governance).Follow the paths towards a gradual shift towards artificial intelligence.1. Human resource management anticipates the need for these emerging skills
2- Developing new strategies to maintain a stimulating and safe work environment away from job rewards and intersections.3- Institutions should consider rehabilitating, training and developing human resources staff in the light of these developments and needs.Workshop Outputs:
Smooth transition to artificial intelligence in government institutions and the public sector.1- Inclusion of written tests, interviews, performance ability and job excellence in recruitment and central appointments.1- Work to integrate technical staff and programmers in the human resources departments, in order to build appropriate data analytics algorithms in detail according to the needs of each college.2- Ensuring the existence of multiple programs for bonuses and promotions
And electronic archiving and its utmost importance to migrate human resource management activities through an environment supported by artificial intelligence.3- Maintaining a strong focus on traditional human resources functions such as administrative support, training, consulting, employee advocacy, and strategic partnership with trade unions, according to the terms of reference of faculty members.At the end of the workshop, space was provided for dialogue and questions.
