College of Education for Humanities

On Tuesday, December 27, 2022,the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the College of Education for Humanities at Mosul University discussed a master’s thesis on “Self Management and its Relationship with Information Processing Methods in Kirkuk University” Part of it was attended by Dr. Hazim Dhannoon Ismail Al-Sabawi, the Dean of the College of Education, and a number of college teachers.
The thesis was submited by the student Mohammed Ahmed Abdullah Mohammed Al-Jubourias it dealt with self-management, which is one of the modern concepts that emerged on the field of psychology in general, and mental health in particular, and which will help students to achieve academic successes.
The message also referred to the uncovering of methods of information processing, which is considered one of the components of the success of the educational process, if not the most important, as cognitive methods that are of great importance in the learning and education processe. It aims to measure the self-management and methods of information processing in students, as well as to uncover the relationship between these variables according to the variables of scientific specialization, class and social type,
The discussion committee was chaired by Asst. Prof. Dr. Yasir Nathum Majid Saeed, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hussam Mahmoud Sabbar Hamad and Asst. Prof. Tahir Adil Fadil, under the supervision and membership of Asst. Prof. Dr. Sabiha Yasir Maktouf.
