(Strategies of cognitive emotional organization and their relationship to the affirmative behavior of students of the University of Mosul)
The Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the Faculty of Education for Humanities at the University of Mosul discussed the master’s thesis entitled (Strategies of cognitive emotional organization and their relationship to the affirmative behavior of students of the University of Mosul) by the student (Faten Younis Pickch) in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, on Wednesday, 9/11/2022, part of which was attended by Prof. Dr. Hazem Thanoun Ismail Al-Sabawi, Dean of the College and a number of faculty teachers.
The study dealt with the strategies of cognitive emotional organization and their relationship to assertive behavior, through which measures were built and applied to the research sample according to the variable (gender – grade – specialization)
The study dealt with highlighting strategies that will regulate and control emotions in positive ways and how important they are in the development of assertive behavior that includes leadership and guidance of others, the ability to express emotions and feelings appropriately (verbally and behaviorally), independence and defense of personal rights and feelings,
The thesis aims to identify the level of cognitive emotional organization strategies and to identify the level of affirmative behavior among students of the University of Mosul,, and identify the differences in the level of strategies of cognitive emotional regulation and affirmative behavior according to the gender variable (male – female), grade (second – fourth), specialization (scientific – humanitarian), and the relationship between cognitive emotional regulation strategies and affirmative behavior and identify the differences in the relationship between cognitive emotional organization strategies and affirmative behavior according to research variables as well as identify the relationship of cognitive emotional regulation strategies with the areas of affirmative behavior.Chaired the Discussion Committee:
