Quality Assurance Department
The Quality Assurance and Institutional Performance Department consists of four units: Institutional Performance Unit, Quality Unit, Laboratory Accreditation Unit, and Training and Technical Support Unit. Its tasks and responsibilities include the following:
- Developing strategic plans for the college and accurately outlining them according to precise timelines.
- Guiding the departments and units within the college regarding the implementation of quality standards.
- Promoting a culture of quality among all staff members.
- Preparing self-assessment reports and submitting them to the Quality Assurance and Institutional Performance Department at the university administration.
- Establishing an updated database specific to faculty members, technicians, and the college’s infrastructure.
- Conducting annual performance evaluations for all faculty members, administrators, and technicians working in the college through coordination with the scientific departments and submitting them to the Quality Assurance and Institutional Performance Department at the specified time each year.
- Conducting the annual performance evaluation of the college by coordinating with the departments and units and submitting it to the Quality Assurance and Institutional Performance Department at the university administration within the specified timeframe each year.
- Updating the database of faculty members, administrators, and technicians working in the college and storing it in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research system.
