Higher Diploma Research on “Modeling and Simulation of a Smart Electrical Network System fed from by Renewable Energy Source”
A Higher Diploma Research was discussed in Department of Electrical Engineering / College of Engineering at University of Mosul entitled “Modeling and Simulation of a Smart Electrical Network System fed from by Renewable Energy Source” submitted by (Hassan Ammar Aziz), Supervised By Dr. Saad Enad Mohammedon Wednesday, March 23, 2022.The research aims to study the effect of temperatures on the efficiency of the solar cell system, and it was found that high temperatures negatively affect the efficiency of solar cells, contrary to what is expected and common among users of solar systems.The results show the efficiency of solar cells dropped in the month of June compared to the month of March, in which the temperatures were lower by an average of about 10°C.The study was carried out on a practical solar cell system with a capacity of 10KW, and the study was conducted from information obtained from the inverter used in the system.
