The Department of Performing Arts held its regular periodic meeting in its sixth session for the 2025–2026 academic year today, Tuesday, February 17, 2026, chaired by Dr. Aqeel Majid Hamid and attended by the faculty members.

The attendees discussed a number of key topics, most notably academic promotions and scientific research, the necessity of completing the requirements for programmatic accreditation and the Science Day Award, discussing the vision, mission, and objectives of the college and the department, following up on fourth-year graduation projects, as well as practical laboratory applications and scheduling a date to review them.
