PhD Thesis handles Histological and Immunohistochemical Analysis of Tonsil samples after Removal

A doctoral thesis at the College of Medicine discussed tissue and histochemical immunological analysis of tonsil samples after removal in various works. The thesis submitted by the student Zahraa A. T. Omar el-Din aims to determine the clinical, morphological, histopathological, and immunological changes in the human palatine tonsils. The thesis concluded that recurrent or chronic tonsillitis are the most common diseases of the ear, nose, and throat. It was also found during the microscopic examination that the various changes (mentioned above) are noticeable, and have a significant moral difference in tonsil diseases.
