College of Medicine

A number of instructors in the College of Medicine have begun to resume giving lectures electronically to some academic levels starting with 29 February 2020 according to the direction of the President of University of Mosul, Prof Dr Qusay K. al-Ahmadi. The Departments of Family and Community Medicine, Paediatrics, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Radiology and Pharmacology have already begun to communicate with their students and give lectures for the second semester 2019-2020 via the Google Classroom service. It is expected that this attempt is going to expand to include all teachers and students in all subjects. It is worth mentioning that giving lectures electronically at this particular time is due to the precautionary holiday that our dear students enjoy (until the 7th of March 2020) in order to protect against the spread of Corona virus.
