Discussing the Iraqi Board Research (Mosul Training Centre) in Obstetrics and Gynaecology on Platelet Indicators for Pregnant Women
The research of the Iraqi Board Student Graduation (Mosul Training Centre) in Obstetrics and Gynaecology aimed at comparing the relationship between platelet indicators in pregnant women with preeclampsia and those without a decrease in the number of platelets in the blood which was presented by the fourth stage student Hanan Th. Nayef on Tuesday 23rd March 2021.
It was concluded that platelet test and its morphology could be reliable on the prediction of later preeclampsia.
The discussion committee consisted of the Assistant Prof Dr Raida M. Al-Wazzan (Chair), Assistant Prof Dr Yusra T. Gerges (Member), Assistant Prof Dr Thuka’ A. Ahmed (Member), and Assistant Prof Dr Ahmed J. Al-Husseini (Member and Supervisor).
After the discussion, the committee’s decision was read including accepting the research and making the necessary amendments to it.
