In implementation of the Third National Plan for Women, Security, and Peace/Pillar of Recovery and Achievement of Sustainable Development Goals 4, 5, 8, 10, and 16, the Women’s Affairs Committee at the College of Medicine, in collaboration with the Women’s Affairs Unit, the Studies and Planning Department-Sustainable Development Unit at the University, and the University Psychological Counseling Division, presented an awareness video on the screens of the college titled: *”The Role of Women in Society”* on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
*Target Audience:* College staff and students
*Objectives:*
1. To enhance the status of women as a key driver of sustainable development in society.
2. To raise awareness of the importance of women’s roles in achieving progress and social justice.
3. To highlight women’s contributions to building a balanced and developed society.
4. To encourage women’s active participation in all areas of life to achieve development.
5. To establish values of equality and empowerment to support women’s roles in comprehensive development.
