College of Medicine

The National Council of Resident Members to Accredit Iraqi Medical Colleges held a specialized workshop. The workshop was implemented in two phases, the first in theory (it was held virtually) for the period 15th -17th November 2021 with a duration of four hours. Part of it was attended by the Dean of the College of Medicine, University of Mosul, Prof Dr Basil Mohammednather Saeed, and the college candidates, Assistant Prof Dr Walid Gh. Al-Taee, Assistant Prof Dr Rabie M. Al-Dabouni, and Lecturer Dr Zaid Q. Al-Atraqchi. As for the second phase, it took place practically (in an attendance manner) from 21st-22nd November 2021 in the College of Medicine at University of Baghdad. Holding such workshops from time to time occurs in order to accredit medical colleges globally and to set appropriate standards for this in order to improve the scientific, medical and academic reality in general.
