The Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division Holds a Workshop on the Performance Evaluation Process and Electronic Archiving
Under the patronage and presence of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof Dr Basil Mohammednather Saeed, the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division held a workshop on the controls for evaluating associates on Sunday 5th December 2021.
The workshop included a lecture delivered by the Division Director, the Lecturer Dr Ahmed A. Ahmed, where he presented and clarified the directions and evaluation guide for the employees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the academic year 2020-2021. He also showed how to fill out the forms with reference to the role of the heads of departments and scientific committees in the evaluation process and the electronic archiving process of documents Affiliate evaluation. For his part, the Dean stressed the need to pay attention to this issue and to adhere literally to its effective controls as it is of paramount importance to both Ministry and University. The workshop was attended by the Scientific and Administrative Vices-Dean, Assistant Prof Dr Humam Gh. Ibrahim, Assistant Prof Dr Hazim Kh. Al-Allaf, heads of departments and scientific committees as well as the Head of the Performance Evaluation Unit, Assistant Prof Ruqayya Z. Sha’aban, and correlation members in all departments.
