The Department of Pharmacology resumed holding seminars for postgraduate students for the second semester 2021-2022 on Tuesday, 22nd March 2022. Two seminars were presented, the first for the doctoral student Abeer M. Abdel Rasoul, entitled “The Possible Cytotoxic Effect of Metformin, An Old Drug on New Application.” The second one is for the doctoral student Rawa’a J. Muhammad, entitled “Effect of Food on Drug Effect. The two presentations included questions, discussions and interpositions by the audience.

The event was held under the supervision and attendance of the Head of the Department, Prof Dr Imad A. Thanoun, the coordinator and the concerned teaching staff as well as postgraduate students.
