The doctoral student, from the Department of Pharmacology, Rawa’ J. Ahmed Matolb, discussed her thesis entitle” Effect of Hydroxychlorine as an Additive Therapy on Oxidative Stress Status in Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients.”, on Sun.,9th Oct. 2022.The session was chaired by Prof Dr Kawa F. DahZee, from the College of Medicine, University of Hawler in addition to other members specialist in pharmacology, namely , Prof Dr Hussam aldin S. Al-Najjar, from the College of Medicine, University of Tikrit, Assistant Prof Dr Shamil H. Othman, Dept. of Pharmacology, College of Medicine, University of Mosul , and Assistant Prof Dr Mosa’b M. Khalaf, College of Pharmacy , University of Mosul, and Assistant Prof Dr Ali. A. Younis, specialist in joint diseases and medical rehabilitation at the College of Medicine / University of Mosul.The thesis was supervised by Prof Dr Zena A. Abdulmajeed, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, University of Mosul.The discussion was attended by Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof Dr Basil Mohammednathir Saeed and the Vice-Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Prof Dr Humman Gh. Ibrahim Zubeer and other members of teaching staff interested in scientific matter.The student excelled in clarifying the importance of the topic of the thesis. She also answered all the questions subjected by the debaters who expressed their admiration for the sobriety of the research and the keenness of the supervisor and the student together on accuracy and scientific honesty.Wish the student further successes.
