The Council of the College of Medicine during its eleventh regular meeting for the academic year 2021-2022 approved the dates and schedule of the mid-year exams for the first stage on Tuesday 8th February 2022. Accordingly, the mentioned exams are expected to start on Wednesday 9th March 2022 until Thursday 24th March 2022 within nine days.

In the context of of postgraduate studies, two master’s degrees were awarded in the Department of Anatomy. It also promoted six scientific promotions in several departments. Researches of some teaching staff from different scientific departments were also recorded as well as other issues and points that were raised and discussed in the session.

The meeting was chaired by the Dean of the College, Prof Dr Basil Mohammednather Saeed, in the presence of the Scientific Vice-Dean, (Secretary of the Council), Assistant Prof Dr Humam Gh. Ibrahim and the Administrative Vice-Dean ,Assistant Prof Dr Hazim Kh. Al-Allaf in addition to other members of the council.
