The Department of Pathology undertook two scientific events on Monday, 18th November 2019 within the ‘ black box meeting’ which was organized by Dr Mustafa S. Fadeel. At 10am three cases were presented. At 11am the Division of the haematology presenting the second event that included presenting some cases by the Iraqi Board student Hiba Melhim (second year) and a directive lecture by Samar Salih (third year) on diagnosis and assess the bone marrow deficit under the supervision of Prof Dr Mona A. Kashmoulh. It is worth to mention that among the attendees were Prof Dr Wahda M. Tayeb the Responsible of the Mosul Training Centre of the Iraqi Board for Pathology, the Responsible of the Arab Board of Pathology the consultant physician Dr Hatim al-Nuaimi, and a group of pathologists from Mosul and Nineveh Universities.
