Under the patronage and presence of the President of University of Mosul, Prof Dr Qusay K. Al-Ahmadi, and the Scientific Vice -President Prof Dr Munir S. Taha, the Central Promotions Committee of the University held a workshop on the mechanism of promoting promotions transactions and classifying scientific journals on Monday, 15th November 2021.

The workshop discussed the general directives of scientific promotion transactions. It also reviewed the mechanism of submission of these transactions, and the general directions of the mechanism of classification of scientific journals.

The workshop was attended by a number of university academics including the Chairman of the Scientific Promotions Committee of the College of Medicine, Prof Dr Ali A. Muhammad along with some members of the committee.
