The Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof Dr Basil M. Nathir Saeed, received the University Championship Cup of table tennis game and a shield of the Student Activities Department on Sunday 9th May 2021. It was handed over to him by the Head of the Student Activities Division of the College, Lecturer Dr Muhammad Kh. Salih. In the past, the college won first place in the university championship of table tennis, when student Muhammad Sohaib (the second stage) was able to achieve first place, while student Hussam A. Ahmed (first stage) won the ninth place in the cross-country race (the marathon) on the sidelines of the university day celebration on 1st April 2021.
