Under the title: “Communication for Better Health Care”, the activities of the 19th Arab Health Exhibition and Conference were launched in Dubai, 27-30 January 2020. The exhibition and conference aforementioned is the largest medical event that brings together major medical companies and institutions in the Middle East and North Africa region. It also represents a scientific platform bringing together medical professionals from all over the world to get acquainted with the latest medical equipment, therapeutic equipment, diagnostic, imaging and x-ray equipment. Also, the latest developments in the field of health and public care, and the findings of science in the field of treatment and medicine were presented through the lectures and research presented in it. The College of Medicine was attended at this important international scientific medical forum through the participation of teaching staff of the Department of Surgery Prof Dr Nashwan Qahtan who presented his medical research entitled “Incidentally diagnosed papillary carcinoma in a thyroglossal duct cyst. What is the next step?” which is a rare case of a tumour Hypothyroidism. A number of modern technologies were reviewed along with digital health solutions.
